Gap to acquire Gymboree's Janie and Jack line, Children's Place to buy Gymboree brand

Gymboree, which has filed for bankruptcy, will sell its Gymboree and Crazy 8 brands to The Children's Place and Janie and Jack line to Gap Inc.
