Fatal falls at the Grand Canyon? Sadly, it's nothing new. And it's not likely to change

Michael P. Ghiglieri, author of "Over the Edge: Death in the Grand Canyon," said many of the accidental fall deaths can be attributed to a lack of understanding of the inherent danger of the rim.
